Eric Weeks has a BA in Visual Arts/Photography from Stockton State College. He has worked as a professional photographer in many locations such as, Vail, Maui and Atlantic City. His experience also includes studio photography with the Franklin Mint. Eric is a Member of the Professional Photographers Association, Wedding Professional Photographers International and the Delaware Valley Guild of Professional Photographers.

What Eric and Karen have to say about CPQ:

We were first introduced to CPQ at a seminar given by Denis Reggie way back in 1992. After receiving mixed results from two local labs in our area, we were searching to build a relationship with a new lab. We thought that if this national speaker was touting the benefits of his relationship with CPQ, we should give them a try.

As our studio grew and technologies evolved, our relationship with CPQ became more and more important. Whenever we called with a problem or a question, it was always reassuring to know that there was a friend on the other end waiting to help. Having computerized telephone prompts, routing you through a maze of confusion, is not their style. CPQ has friendly and personable customer service representatives answer their phones. As well as specialists in each department who are always willing to help us out.

Our transition from film to digital was a tedious one. Since CPQ was ahead of the learning curve, they made our conversion process run much smoother then we thought possible. Today our demands are more based around new and innovative products we can offer to our clients. CPQ is always willing to work with us to develop and expand our product line, where we can offer our clients the latest and greatest that technology has to offer.

Ordering through the ROES system has been one of the best assets to our company. Our order and delivery time has been drastically reduced. This is done while maintaining proper color consistency in our images. It is always reassuring to know that we can always count on CPQ to deliver time and time again. 

CPQ is a family of individuals who have been working for the company for many years. It is our pleasure to be a part of such a special network of individuals who truly care.
